Beautiful, airy wall hangings can be made using the Moorman technique. Often the design seems to float on a transparent background. While the author does explain how to do the technique, by far the most fascinating thing about this book is what you learn of the author herself. She is an intelligent, sensitive person, with a wonderful sense of color. The book is subtitled "A Personal Statement" — and it is that. Illustrated.
