This is a half-day introductory class for beginning spinners or those wishing a refresher.

Use hand and drum carders to prepare wool before learning to spin it into a single ply. Info supplied for washing and dyeing the fleece, learning the parts of the wheel and the vocabulary of spinning.

ETC has wheels to use during class, but please let us know if you have one that you are planning to bring.
