Did you ever want to weave the face of a friend, family member or of yourself? This class will get you started and we will have some fun with weaving faces. Bring a photo, sized to the 4 inch warp width and we will design the tapestry, shapes and colors and make the cartoon. We will discuss colors and values and then select color combinations in the weft to plan the cartoon colors before weaving. Handouts and instructions will lead you through the weaving.

If you have taken any kind of tapestry class, you will be ready to weave a selfie.

A warped loom and yarns will be provided for use in this class.
